Play is Katy Perry’s very first Las Vegas Residency at Resorts World Las Vegas from December 29, 2021 through March 19, 2022. The larger than life production is the over-the-top, whimsical, and psychedelican accumulation of everything that Perry has worked on prior to. Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Pee-Wee’s Playhouse, and Edward Scissorhands proved to be inspiration for the show’s creation.
Work
Lead Animation Producer for (5) 2:30 - 3 minute video interludes that played during set change for each of the five acts. Liaised with the production staff of compromised of modelers, texture artists, riggers, animators, Unreal artists, and colorists to execute on the overall vision and additional client notes on each video. Managed 2D & 3D asset production and tracking as well as shot by shot approval for all videos.
